Everything is delivered online, but you are still coached directly by me. I build your training, set your nutrition targets, review your check-ins, track your progress, and make adjustments based on what is actually happening.
No. The app is just where your training, nutrition, check-ins, food tracking, and progress are organised. The coaching comes from me. You are not left to figure it out alone.
Yes. Your training is built around your goals, experience, schedule, equipment, injury history, and current ability. If you have injuries, niggles, or movements that don't feel right, your plan can be adjusted around that. The goal is not to force you into random programming.
Yes. I'll set your calorie and macro targets, help you structure your meals, and teach you how to lose fat without needing a perfect diet.
No. You need structure, not prison food. I'll help you create a realistic approach that fits your life — including eating out, social events, and foods you actually enjoy.
You'll complete a weekly check-in so I can review how your training and nutrition are progressing and plan your goals for the week ahead. But that's just the official touchpoint — outside of that, you have access to me every day. If something comes up, just message.
Yes. Training and form reviews are done via WhatsApp. Send me your videos and I'll audit your technique and give you feedback directly — this happens ongoing, not just at your weekly check-in.
No. I coach people at different starting points. The plan will be built around where you are now, then progressed from there.
No. Most clients want to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, and feel more confident in their body. The exact focus depends on your goal and starting point.
A program gives you exercises. Coaching gives you structure, accountability, feedback, adjustments, and someone making decisions with you when life gets messy. That is the difference.

No. But I am 100% confident that if you follow the plan I design around your goals, your lifestyle, and your schedule, and you actually execute it, you will get results.
